I didn't grow up an athlete.
​
Years ago, I was simply tired of sitting on the couch. Then one day, a piece of junk mail about running showed up in my mailbox. On a whim, I decided to see what I was capable of. I started training in February, ran my first half marathon in June, and completed my first full marathon that September.
​
That one decision changed my life.
​
Since then, I've completed marathons in all 50 states, qualified for and ran the Boston Marathon, finished multiple 100- mile ultramarathons, and discovered that the greatest reward isn't the medals- it's helping people realize they're capable of more than they ever imagined.
​
Today I coach runners and everyday athletes of all ages and abilities. Whether your goal is to walk your first 5k, train for your first marathon, improve your strength, build healthier bones, or tackle a 100-mile race, I'll meet you where you are and help you get where you want to go.
